The food definitely lived up to the hype of all the previous 5 star reviews! This is authentic Mexican food with amazing flavors in the meat, the produce and the delicious tortillas. The service was fantastic, it’s obvious that a family runs the place and does a great job doing so. A must visit for any locals or visitors that want yummy food at an affordable price.

Ale's is one of those places that I always leave feeling well fed and happy. The food is fantastic, the service is friendly and makes you feel like family. My go-to item is the burrito bowl. I have a gluten allergy, and so when I saw this, I was excited to try it. It's loaded with flavor! My favorite meat to add is the chili verde, but everything I've tried has been fantastic. (But seriously, that chili verde is next level!) My husband loves getting the Carne asada fries (this time he got them with carnitas), or the California burrito. The chips and salsa are great as well. And if you like spicy, don't forget to ask for their spicy salsa. It's delicious and will not disappoint!

My cousin and I hung out here for a few hours catching up. The food was delicious and we never felt rushed to leave.

We were passing by from pismo and were looking for Mexican food and we came across Ale’s. Got there about 30 mins from closing and the staff were very attentive and nice. We ordered 4 meals and made us fresh chips which were delicious. I ordered a shrimp/octopus cocktail and it was delicious. I did find 2 pieces of plastic which I presume it was from the shrimp bags. Nonetheless, I continued to eat. The shrimp soup was very yummy. I can’t wait to be back and hopefully an earlier time. Thank you the staff for feeding my family.

Humble yet very pleasant place with top-notch food and friendly staff! The free chips and salsa are so good, you’ll almost feel like making a meal out of them. But save room for the food! I thoroughly enjoyed my carnitas chimichanga. My husband had a huge chile verde enchiladas plate AND a taco! Comfortable indoor dining but outdoors is even better. The patio is nice but at least 4 more tables could be put out there, with pretty lights & potted plants. Ole!

My favorite place to have breakfast on my days off and the burritos are absolutely the best in town! Everything I've tried is awesome and the service is amazing and you won't leave hungry! Nacho has the best energy and makes you feel like part of the family!

As soon as I entered the restaurant I knew I was getting good food. You could smell the dishes being prepared. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh, salsa was amazing and spicy. Waitress was on point. Definitely did not disappoint. Would recommend if in the area.
